After a lot of consideration, Todd and I have decided it is time to close Basking Bee Farm and Apiary. We are selling the farm and relocating to be closer to my job and our extended family. As a result, Sunday, Feb 15 will be the last day that the farm will be open.

We greatly appreciate all of the support you have shown us over the years and hope we have served you well. It has been our pleasure to introduce you to our herd and talk with you about bees and beekeeping. We have appreciated every opportunity to bring a bit of bee knowledge to all of the Scout troops, school groups, and religious communities who have welcomed us.

The beekeeping community in Loudoun is robust. Local honey remains readily available.

, We are at the Ag District Norton Festival happening at Piedmont Meadows in Triangle, VA. Todd is there with our seasonal honey varieties with tasting available. The event runs from 11 am to 6 pm. Look for the yellow tent.
