Our promise for New Years to each other was to retire . So here we go , Suzis Cook Shack is for sale . We have really enjoyed cooking for yall , have met a ton of great people and had a blast trying to bring a little taste of the South mixed with some Texas flavor to our customers . Thank you to all that stopped by and had a Burger or some Gumbo and then tried some Cajun dishes . But we are looking forward to seeing grandkids more and doing some traveling while we both are able . So , for sale is our cook trailer . It is equipped with a 40 lb fryer , 36 " stainless griddle , two burner cooktop , complete wash station with a separate hand wash , air conditioner , vent hood , prep station , hot water heater with 40 gallon fresh water and gray water , lots of storage , refrigerator, led lights , two 7.5 gallon propane tanks and a 11,000 watt dual fuel generator with less than 500 hours on the clock . Includes enough utensils and supplies to get you started . Trailer is 8 x 20 and is a 2021 model . Asking 32,000 as is , full of propane and ready to go to work .
