The minute I took my first bite of the spring roll, I knew it would be a hit !
What a spectacular event at FORK Included this past Saturday! I had an absolute blast showcasing Clara’s Gourmet dry Sofrito. It took center stage, bringing a vibrant, authentic punch to two exclusive event dishes: the fiery Clara’s Voodoo chicken and our crispy Clara’s dry Sofrito Spring Rolls.The real superstar of the day was undoubtedly-Clara’s Dry Sofrito Spring Roll. It completely stole the show, with guests agreeing it was hands-down the best thing on the menu!
