While there’s all sorts of beauty popping up in our humble home garden, the roses in bloom here and all over New England mark that special time of spring shifting into summer we look forward to every year, and lately we’ve had flowers on our minds eagerly like our bees have been telling us something … 🫶
🌹
Of course this also means strawberries and rhubarb are in their height! Which also means we’re deep into procuring , prepping, batching, and freezing fruit for batches you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy all year long!

What’s popping up in your home garden…?
What are you most excited to see return to the farmers market spread…?

Sustainability Warriors…
🫙
Come out to plaaaaaay….
😅
While we were getting everything packed up for tomorrows season opener at the and our debut pop up at the , James was flipping through old reels, and thought this one needed an update since he’s “so much bigger and older than the last one” 😭
🥲
While that’s certain (we’ll post the original to our story shortly, I’m not crying it’s just dust in my eyes), what’s undeniable is your commitment to our sustainable packaging returns and credits. It brings us a joy that’s hard to describe, but doing what’s right what’s vs profitable often brings us that feeling that’s doing our best for you, our business, and the environment is what matters most.
🙌
And doing thing the right way from sourcing fruit locally from family farms, to American made only containers, carbon reduction strategy, to our kitchen composting commitment, it’s the little things that add up to why we do what we do and why we love doing it all for you.

Summer Market Season 2026 & Public Schedule
🌻
We couldn’t be more excited to be back to to a full time summer market schedule , we know you’ve all been looking forward to the return of your local market too!
🌻
We had a wild winter/spring, rife with struggles, hurdles, and an accident that reminded us all what’s most important at the end of every day ♥️
🌻
After replacing the humble Jeep that saved more than simply the day, and the recovery from the accident, were excited to get back to unrestricted work doing what we love most 🙌
🌻
But sometimes things happen at inconvenient times, which resulted in some changes to how we’ll be covering the spread this market season while the future of our family small business get ready for some big changes in how we do and some of what we do to keep the love and dream growing… 🌱
🌻
You can catch us full time this season at :
kicking off 6/4
kicking off 6/6
kicking off 6/13
weekly year round
🌻
We’ll be in our biweekly spot at on Paige St at the next up on 6/7
🌻
And for two guest appearances at on 6/6 &10/10…
🌻
While it’s fewer markets than we’ve tackled in the past, this shift allows us the necessary time to get ready for a big move, which in turn will start a whole new chapter with some big changes for our family, our business, our available offerings, future products to come, and a part of our dream that once upon a time simply seemed like it would always be out of reach, little did we know we’d simply just planted those seeds deep and they’d take a little longer to sprout into a whole new reality …

We’ll share peaks throughout the growing season, cause who doesn’t love a garden pic 😅
🇺🇸
If you’re local and need a holiday resupply we hope to catch you at our events, if you’re away or staying in to honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we all enjoy we hope you stay safe 🤙

While we’re busy getting everything in order for a busy summer market season (full schedule coming soon…) it was beautiful to see our blossoms on our small family peach tree, which only got us thinking more and more about the plethora of summer fruits flowering across all of New England this week 🫶
🌷 🌕
While we’re patiently (no we’re not 😅) waiting on the bounty, it’s cold springs like this that remind us what was left in the pantry till the first crops would yield kept many New England families going and fed while they waited (hopefully more patiently than I currently am while hovering over our seedlings 🤣
🌷 🌕
What’s blooming and making you most excited in your yard this week..?

While all our favorite New England farmers are busy like our bees readying themselves for another busy season ahead, we’re busy as can be doing the same, both for our family business, as well as our little corner of paradise at our home in Lowell, and like so many of you, are praying over seedlings in anticipation for playing in our home garden.

What’s poking up in your seed trays this week, and what are you looking forward to most growing? Our list in the comments below …

We’ve been pretty quiet this week while in recovery, but we got that reminder to always stay grateful …
💥
Monday while making a delivery and picking up a cast iron relic to restore, we had a little trouble when everyone used their breaks… and the car behind us didn’t … damn computerized drivers 😝
💥
But like its predecessors … like our was designed to, saved us as they always do…
💥
We’ll have a new as soon as the dust settles and insurance does what it does (huge shout out to our agents at for jumping right into action and the medical team at )
☀️
And as always, huge credit to our small but incredible team of staff for stepping up and keeping the wheels on the bus , without our team this dream wouldn’t work the same 🫶.
☀️
So while you’re out and about on this beautiful Sunday funday stay grateful, you never know what life will throw at you next, and if you make it to ours or any markets, thank you for choosing local 🙌

Busy is one way to out what spring is like for our family and family business.

But when the weight gets heavy, and the days seem their hardest, it’s the smile and wonder of the future that always reminds us what that extra mile is for. And just like we learned from our elders, sweet boy James is getting a first hand experience doing what we love. While we were checking something this week he reminded me it’s only 9 more years and a few months till he can take over… and while it nearly brought me to tears, I made sure I didn’t blink… cause I know if I do that day will be here all too soon 😅🥲

Like we do every weekend, we’re loading up and shipping down to greater Boston, including some of the towns our family settled when the escaped famine and left Arklow, Ireland
☘️
Family and tradition are a big part of our ‘why’ we do what we do, but the sweetest reason; teaching James that why and sharing some of these family flavors with you all ♥️
☘️
After all, some of best selling flavors are simply based on old family pie and cookie filling recipes we modified for volume, we’ve got more than one pantry to help keep stocked now 😂

With weekends barely long enough, I’m not ready to lose an hour this weekend 😝 but watching the sun set later sure will help us remember warmer days of last year, with the endless hope of more to come.
🔂
In spite of having a little less time, it’s our last winter market weekend with 6 events to grab all your favorite artisanal spreads for more than just breads , raw honey, and pure maple syrup
🔂
And as some of your favorite winter events wind down, don’t forget about our home deliver service available on our website, and keep an eye on our upcoming spring event and pop up schedule … our calendar is jam packed all year long 😅
