****Seriously, thank you (everyone) for your continued business & support. As we are approaching our extremely busy season (especially the month of June), we may have difficulty responding to your inquiries in a timely fashion.
****TEXTING W/ COMPLETE DETAILS IS STILL THE BEST WAY TO GET THE QUICKEST RESPONSE FROM US. Due to the time factor of funeral meals, of course, those inquiries will receive the quickest response. If we don’t respond to all other inquiries within 48 to 72 hours, chances are we are tending to current customers with events happening right now. In this case, please text a second time, asking if we received your initial text. We can then check our calendar for available dates…”if” you text complete details (such as: your name; type of event; approximate range of guest count which is a 40-person minimum; and if you know if you’d like us to work the event which includes 20% service fee—not including gratuity to the servers; or, if you’d like to have your food dropped off…that includes the food only (for a reasonable delivery fee (TBD)); or, if you will be choosing to pick up your food; and, lastly, if it applies, list the venue at which you hope to have your gathering—we have various menus…some include a cost that fluctuates from our “basic cost” if the venue charges us a caterer’s fee (e.g., $3 a person), etc.
****Please note: wedding planning takes some time. It may require getting into one of our taste tests that we offer a few times a year (August, November, February). The cost for weddings varies depending on several factors. We may offer a “ball park” figure; but, it’s not until we sit down together &/or schedule a phone meeting that we can really take a look at these particulars. Again, June is extremely busy. Wedding planning and/or talks will need scheduled at a later month. We, could, however, enter you as an inquiry in our calendar (so that it’s in there), but then ask you to reach out again (after June is up) to schedule a conference or talk for the potential catering of your wedding.
