Well, we Survived. Deer season in Northwestern NC has come to a close. It’s been a long, hard, eventful season. A Big Thank You goes out from Adelphos Custom Meat and Game Processing to Alleghany Deer Processing! Especially Joey, Thanks for the help this season! Thank you to everyone that has used our shop and has been patient with us as we have worked through the challenges that come with changes and growing pains.

We will not be taking deer Christmas eve or Christmas day. 🦌🎄 Also for the remainder of the season all deer will need to be field dressed at a minimum. 🍖🥩
