This month we're pairing Greek Cuisine with the Tug Hill Vineyards wines you know and love. This class will include 5 Greek foods with 5 appropriate wine samples.

We have a menu full of flavorful options sure to satisfy, such as our Estate Signature Flatbreads, Salads, and Smashburgers. All made with locally sourced ingredients!

Come celebrate the start of summer with us, with the return of the Lemon Herb Chicken Salad Sandwich, pictured here with a side of our refreshing Watermelon Feta Salad! If you’re craving something a little sturdier, get the ole' reliable Bacon Muenster Burger, pictured with our savory and satisfying Caprese Salad with our signature Maple Balsamic Dressing.

All of this and more is available in our Vintners Lounge from 11AM until 1 hour before closing, Monday through Saturday. (We also have Wine Slushies!)

Our next team member is one you may never meet, but if you ever want to book a wedding or host a private party here at The Estate, you’ll have to go through her…

Trish Walseman has been our Venue Coordinator for the last 4 years, working part time alongside her other full time job outside of The Estate, to help us plan our private events. Although she’s not always on location, when she is here she loves the beautiful scenery of the Estate, as well as getting to meet and work with so many amazing people.

When she's off the clock, Trish enjoys sipping on a sweet glass of Campfire Red, watching her kids play sports, decorating, and family time (Sometimes all at once!). But make no mistake, even when she's not on company time, Trish does everything she can to make sure things run smoothly, and for that we couldn’t be more grateful!

Do you know what goes great with our new Fiesta Chicken Bowl? Our new frozen vodka lemonades! Get yours with Blueberry, Cranberry or Raspberry Lemonade Vodka- all made right here at the Estate.

Not into alcohol? That's quite alright. Our frozen lemonades are non-alcoholic, so they're suitable for everyone!

Good morning.

We have come to a very disappointing decision regarding our Spring Vendor Fair on Saturday, June 6. Due to the forecast for wind, rain, and potential thunderstorms tomorrow, coupled with the fact that this is an outdoor event, we have decided to cancel the Spring Vendor Fair here at the Estate. We are so very sorry for the inconvenience, but there are a great number of other indoor events happening in our area tomorrow that will definitely be worth a visit, as well.

We will still be open for regular business in the Vintner's Lounge from 11am to 8pm, and serving our Estate menu from 11-7. Have a great weekend, friends!

Next up on the docket is the woman responsible for crafting the Tug Hill dishes you know and love...

Jenna Fleming-Allen has been the Head Chef here at Tug HIll Estate for the last 11 years! And in that time she has served as the steady hand in the back of house, making everything run smoothly. During her time here, she has come to love the freedom & creativity that her position offers. With menus that are always changing, and getting to try so many new things in the kitchen, she enjoys her position.

When she's not at the Estate, Jenna enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, and painting, usually making sure to include a few of her friends in the process! And if all else fails, she loves sitting down with a nice glass of wine- if she's feeling sweet, then its a bottle of Sunrise Blush, but on a drier night, our La Crescent is the way to go!
