Join us next Tuesday, October 27th for our German Food and W**e Pairing Class with Gretchen.

Our lineup this time around features 5 German sample dishes paired with 5 appropriate samples of our very own Tug Hill Vineyard w**es.

To celebrate the end of our grape harvest, and all of those who helped us this year, we are hosting our annual Harvest Food & W**e Pairing Dinner on Friday, October 23rd. This meal will feature many local, fall ingredients and some favorite Tug Hill Vineyards w**es. The menu includes four courses: apple jam & brie focaccia, stuffed baby squash, red w**e chicken with grapes, herbs and cranberry risotto, and sweet potato pie. All courses can be made in a gluten-friendly or dairy friendly way, however, we will need to be made aware of any allergies/dietary needs when reservations are made, as last minute preparations/modifications may not be possible.

Reservations are now OPEN for this dinner, and can be made via OpenTable or by calling 315-376-4336. The cost is $60 per person, and includes four courses and appropriate w**e pairings. ($55 per person, without w**e pairings). Tax, gratuity and additional beverages are not included.

We have a menu full of flavorful options sure to satisfy, such as our Estate Signature Flatbreads, Salad Bowls, and Smashburgers. All made with locally sourced ingredients!

Kick-off the holiday season with a Sip & Shop opportunity with multiple local vendors. We listened, and this year, we have invited a wider variety of artisans, creating many different products that are perfect for holiday gift giving! There will also be many Tug Hill gifts available in the Vintner’s Lounge, and lunch will be available, as well. New this year: the Village Jazz Band will be here playing Christmas tunes outside on the patio!

This year, we are raising money for multiple charities across Lewis County! These charities will be on display in the foyer on the day of the event. If you feel so inclined, you may donate to the charity of your choice when you arrive. (As a side note, Tug Hill Estate does not claim any of the monies that are donated on this day, nor do we claim any of your charitable contributions on our taxes. We are simply a collection area, and will get your donations to the appropriate folks.)
