If you've ever dealt with painful leg cramps at night, you know how miserable they can be. I used to wake up with severe leg cramps that would keep me from getting the rest | needed.

That's one of the reasons I started making my magnesium cream from scratch. What began as something I created for myself has become one of my most-loved products. Whenever I feel a cramp starting,
l apply the cream, and for me, the relief comes quickly.

I can't imagine being without it now, and I'm so grateful to be able to share it with others through Sisterly Roots.
