Equus Grove Farm, LLC has 6 stalls available for an seasonal or annual tenant. Additional stalls may be possible. A single trainer or owner is preferred.
We are a veterinarian owned dressage facility with a beautiful 16 stall CBS barn (no hurricane worries). Large airy stalls with yoked windows in each stall. Fans in each stall. 100x200 COVERED ARENA with GGT footing and 100' mirror wall. 60' round pen with GGT footing.
Plenty of turnout available in irrigated paddocks with three board fencing.
Air conditioned tack room, feed room, office, bathroom and utility room.
Located at the southern most point of Loxahatchee Groves. 10 minutes to Global and WEF. 18 minute ride to White Fences. Easy trailer in trailer out. Private gated premises yet very convenient.
Stalls are typically provided as dry stalls however other arrangements may be possible and can be discussed on an individual basis.
Young horses welcome. Backing services may be possible.
