I’d like to toot my horn a little bit.
My farm is run to perfection. I have 15 Dairy Cows. The state agricultural inspection agents from Florida, two of them, came out in their truck to do an full inspection of my farm. I gladly open my gates for them because I have nothing to hide and I do everything legally and up and up. In fact, my license hangs in the barn. They inspected my whole farm and we’re here for four hours filling out paperwork and checking all aspects of my farm. I gladly gave them a tour of my farm and they said they’ve never seen a farm run so orderly and is meticulous. My cows are tested regularly when they’re in Milk and they all have excellent stats to the Dairy sheets. We also test our milk before it’s ever sold. Several cows are championship cows . I am licensed to sell my Raw Milk with the state of Florida. I have a food license which allows agents to come inspect my farm regularly which they do.
I have a Farm number, a premise number, a county number and a state number assigned to me as a registered Farm. I’m a registered Dairy even though I’m a small mom and pops Farm. I do udder testing daily on all my cows for health and they’re all registered, also they’re all A2/A2 milk casein. After the inspection was done one of the inspector agent even asked to purchase a gallon of my raw milk. I am blessed to have a lot of local people in our area that comes to my farm and supports it; they love seeing the cows where they get their milk from and how clean and health they are.
They all have their own pastures to run on with no overcrowding. I just got the paperwork from the state yesterday that read all the reports from the inspectors and I passed with flying colors. So come by Cream Catcher’s Farm and Dairy anytime on North B Road and see for yourself and support your local farmers who work hard to bring quality products to you.
We do not outsource anything from other counties or states it is all fresh right off our farm.
A proud Farmer…

As a child I had a passion for living life in the country since I was raised in it around the South Jersey area. I road horses and Thoroughbreds quite young and loved talking with the farmers about what they were growing on their farms; I often ate my way back home with all the fresh pear, apple, ch...
