GB Tractor Works is on a mission to create a “Sub-Non-profit” organization for the purpose of assisting local gardeners with their equipment needs and supporting the local church through financial giving.
AT NO CHARGE, GB Tractor Works would like to prepare an area for your future garden. We hope for many days of sowing; not only to grow and provide, but also to grow spiritually; for there is nothing richer than worshipping Him with our lives.
*GB Tractors Works accepts donations for garden tilling. All proceeds will be given to 3 Circle Church and used for the advancement of God’s kingdom.*
GB Tractor Works owner and operator, Dylan Welch, believes that there is more to gardening than work. Through out the New Testament, Jesus references (or is referenced in) a garden. In Matthew 7:15, Jesus uses the fact that no bad tree bears good fruit, referencing how, as believers, we will know true followers of Him by their fruits. In John 15:5, Jesus states that he is the vine and we are the branches and
how ,apart from him, we can do nothing. He instructed us not to be anxious, stating that Lillies do not toil and yet, are clothed (Matthew 6:25-34). Matthew 13 contains the parable of the sower, the weeds, the mustard seed and many more. Jesus was buried and raised from the dead in a garden. He raises us from spiritual death to life. There is much we can learn from these passages about who Jesus is and who he created us to be. As we dwell on His words, gardening becomes more than just growing food; it becomes a form of worshipping God.
Genesis 1:28
“And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill
the Earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the Earth.”
He also designed us for work before the fall (we should remember that the next time we complain on Mondays).
Genesis 2:15
“The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and
keep it.”
