Around here, we take our Chiltons pretty seriously… but we also like to have a little fun with them! The classic Chilton Cocktail has become a collection with kits that pair our handcrafted syrups with vodka, fresh lemon juice, and sparkling water.

In honor of US Lavender Growers month, we want to highlight the plant and farm that started it all! Did you know Raider West Farms started right here in Lubbock, TX in May of 2020 with over 600 lavender plants and a family planting operation?

Today, we use our lavender to make lavender and botanical infused cocktail syrups, cocktail kits, cold brew teas, and more. We also have some fun new blackberry products coming out after our recent blackberry harvest! 🪻
