Homemade mayonnaise with a farm fresh egg, avocado oil, mustard, white vinegar, fresh squeezed lemon juice and real sea salt! Another one of those recipes I've been wanting to try and just hadn't taken the time. It took longer to put the ingredients in the container than it did to mix it. I'll be making this again

Sunday - an absolutely beautiful day to spend outside on projects around here! Days like this are good for my soul.

Today there was an amazing missionary telling us about the obstacles he & his family face in India, a fiery (and great) sermon, Big T-bones for lunch from the bull we had butchered, Aaron built a raised garden bed, Callie & I planted 3 tubs of potatoes, added to the compost pile, the horses got a new hay bale & Callie drove the truck, I tended to new chicks & ducklings, and Stormie ended the day trying to catch goats & chickens at the neighbors. We had a full day, but it was a blessed day!
