Doneness: 165°F at the thickest part, not touching bone

Bone‑In Chicken Thighs
Temp: 400°F
Time: 24–28 minutes
Flip: At 14 minutes
Doneness: 165°F internal, but thighs taste best around 175–185°F for tenderness
