☕️ Big news ☕️
The espresso machine is in, and coffee trials have officially begun at Happy's!
For years, one of our dreams has been to serve our customers iced and hot coffees. It's something so many of you have asked for over the years, and we've always hoped that one day we'd be able to bring it to life.
As a small business we couldn't just add coffees. We needed to add it in a way that supported our team to do a great job serving you.
At Happy's, everything we make is crafted to order. Between Shaved Ice, Bubble Blends, Lemonades, and all of the customizations that come with them, our team is constantly moving. We knew that adding an entirely new line of drinks would take careful planning to make sure we could serve coffee efficiently without our customer experience suffering.
We've changed a lot this year and more big changes are coming that have allowed for this addition!
We're still in the trial phase, spending our mornings pulling shots, getting feedback from Lotti 😉, experimenting with flavors, testing recipes, and figuring out exactly what we want our coffee lineup to look like.
We're so excited to get these driving in your hands! Thank you for asking for it, encouraging us, and growing with us over the years.
