Justin, an Asset Protection Officer at Llano, has grown tremendously during his time with the team. Through meeting new people, building strong relationships, and supporting coworkers, Justin has developed into a dependable and accountable team member. He is known for being helpful and hardworking, always stepping up when needed. Justin also credits the encouraging environment at Llano, where team members consistently support and motivate one another, for helping him continue to grow both personally and professionally.

Justin is focused on building his future at Llano and hopes to move into different roles as he continues developing his skills. His work ethic and willingness to learn set him apart every day. As Chase shared, “Justin is the hardest worker on the team. Always eager to learn new things. Very dependable and honest.” We are lucky to have Justin on our team.

BreAnna, our Head of Perishable Sanitation, is a true example of growth and dedication at Llano. Since joining the team, she’s built strong relationships by meeting new people and learning from those around her, which she says has only strengthened her leadership skills. Known as a hard worker who is always on the go, BreAnna is constantly helping others and giving her best every day. Her commitment to learning and growing has made her stronger, more confident, and even more effective as a leader.

BreAnna credits her biggest encouragement to her leaders—Abel, Mike, and Ernie—and has clear goals to keep moving forward and continue growing in leadership and communication. As Abel shared, “BreAnna consistently comes in with a great attitude, works well with others, and is always willing to learn new things. She also frequently brings new ideas to the team.” We’re excited to see BreAnna continue to show her skills and move forward on her leadership journey here at Llano.
