This position is similar to a server position, with an opportunity to earn tips & gratuity on top of hourly wages. We are hiring additional attendants to assist with Team Meals & Box Suite service at the United Supermarkets Arena - Texas Tech University.

The Premium Service Attendant assists in providing guests with a pleasant service experience. The attendant is primarily responsible for setting up serviced rooms/box suites with appropriate food/beverage/equipment prior to guest arrival, ensuring additional service requests are provided in a timely/professional manner, and restoring the serviced rooms to their original condition prior to setup. The employee must demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work in an ever-changing/fast-paced environments efficiently, and ability to meet hospitality standards for premium services. The attendant must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

The Premium Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing premium service operations and staff during functions and events. The employee must demonstrate attention to detail, ability to efficiently work in an ever-changing & fast-paced environments, and ability to meet hospitality standards for services. The supervisor will assist the Premium Service Manager with staff training, inventory, finance, record keeping, and regular operations/events. The supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring serviced rooms are properly set with appropriate food, beverage, and equipment prior to guest arrival while ensuring additional service requests are provided in a timely/professional manner. Following the event, the supervisor will confirm all serviced rooms are restored the room to their original condition and all billing is complete. The employee must demonstrate ability to meet the premium server standard, maintain excellent attendance, and be available to work events as scheduled per business need, maintaining an excellent attendance.
