LIMITED run of brisket, turkey and ribs for thanksgiving sales this year.

By limited, I mean 3-5 briskets, 3-5 turkeys and 6-8 racks of ribs.

Who would be interested?

Brisket- $140 (average 7-8 lbs of cooked meat)
Turkey-$75 (average 10lbs of cooked meat)
Ribs- $35 per rack (sweet, hot, dry options)

Would be for Wednesday evening pick up, ready to reheat for your family thanksgiving day. Brisket and ribs vacuum sealed for easy heating in water, turkeys in foil pan with cover for easy oven reheating.

Orders must be in no later than Nov18 (with deposit of $60 for brisket, $30 for turkey and $20 for ribs- we’ve been stood up a few times and just can’t do all that. 😬)

Short drive to Idalou Cotton Fest for a cook off this weekend.

Didn’t bring everything, but still had a good turn out.

3rd Ribs, 3rd Chicken, 2nd Ribeye Steak.
Good enough for 3rd overall

Congrats to Tyler Moss for his Grand and t CD Smokers (I think?) for their reserve!

Kicked everything up a notch with Texas Oil Dust LLC products and was happy with the day.

Oh, and I cooked everything on cans I built for a set up of under $500 all together 😬👍

We took after KCBS style comps this weekend, and walked away with our heads high. Of course, we are focused like lasers to make sure the next one is better, but for the first- we will take 24 out of 66 total teams and a 9th place rib walk. International teams, local, across the state and nation teams came together and competed in the annual cook off and it was the second to last cook in the Johnny Trigg Shootout. Which, by the way, was a great surprise for us when we arrived and got to speak with him! Huge thanks to Gary, for coming and teaming up to make this walk happen, and some great scores. Good times. Glad to be back competing after all these years.
