So I want to get some feed back from the public . We’re at about 400 followers and it continues to grow. I have an amazing place to host this event and want some feedback back . There will be plenty room to for parking and a beautiful scenery with over 30 acres of land . Im blessed to have the amazing support of some community members to make this possible . Heres a small glimpse of what it has to offer!

We want this to be family oriented and we want the public to enjoy themselves, as well as all the children . We’re hoping to make this great . If you’re planning on wanting to cook I’d love to invite y’all to come check out the venue and kinda give you a feel of where you’ll be cooking .

So dates and time are in discussion right now , as well as prizes and all other information that will pertain to the competition. Please bare with me as we get all the details put together .

Again I hope we have the whole community behind us and we want to do this and make it great!! This is a place we’d have to respect keep clean and do our part to ensure we keep this venue secure for years to come.

Good morning Lubbock , so for this event it will be a little different . It won’t be during the week but instead on a weekend ! I feel it will be better on a weekend then during the week as a lot of people get off work later . This will give everyone the opportunity to attend this event . I’m shooting for the first weekend of October to host the event I’ve been in touch with the South plains fair grounds and we have another meeting next week to finalize some things but it’s looks very promising. I’m excited to be able to get this event going! I want it feel very family friendly , I want everyone to feel welcomed! Again if any vendors are interested please reach out , if you have bounce house as well please shoot me a text . Any local bands that would be interested in playing we’d love to hear from you !!
