S&K Farms Small family farm located in Lucedale, MS. We raise various cattle, as well as, CornishX poultry.

Putting out some feelers to see what the interest is from the community on fresh beef direct to consumer. Historically most of our steers were sold to cattle buyers then to feedlots for finishing but we are looking at transitioning to a farm to table plan that would allow us to be a more reliable source for locally grown beef. If any, what would the interest be? Ground beef? Custom cut halves or whole steer?
