For those that may be new here, CT Custom Meats is a custom exempt processing facility specializing in beef and pork.

We work with farmers and families who raise their own livestock and need it processed for their personal use. Our goal is to provide quality processing while making sure you get the cuts and products your family enjoys.

We offer:
• Beef processing
• Pork processing
• Custom cutting and packaging
• Sausage and smoked products

If you have an animal ready or coming up soon, feel free to reach out to get on the schedule. We’re always happy to help answer any questions about the process as well.

🦌 2025/2026 Deer Season Update 🦌

The 2025/2026 deer season has officially closed.

We will continue accepting deer for processing until February 20th. After that date, we will no longer be taking in deer for the season.

🚧 Office Notice:
The office will be closed this Saturday. There will be no pickups available Saturday as we’ll be doing construction on the back of the building and no one will be available to assist up front.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while we make improvements!

After hour drop off is closed due to no more room in outside cooler!
We are still taking deer but they will have to be dropped during business hours.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!
WE WILL CLOSE DECEMBER 31ST At 12:00 PM THROUGH JANUARY 4TH.

WE WILL RESUME NORMAL HOURS JANUARY 5TH.
The after-hour drop-off will still be available during the holiday. We will have someone here deboning, but the office will not be open.

We would like to thank yall for an amazing season so far! We hope yall have a wonderful and SAFE New Years.

Ct Meats Holiday Hours!

Christmas- CLOSED 24th and 25th.
Friday 26th- 8am - 5pm
Saturday 27th- 8am- 12pm

New Year’s
New Year’s Eve- open until 2pm
Closed New Year’s Day- Sunday 5th

Return to normal hours Monday January 5th.

24 hour drop off will be available throughout the holidays. Please make sure to leave name and number. Tag your coolers and top them off with ICE.
Please be sure plugs on coolers are tight. They are making a mess in the cooler.
