🐓🤎 DARK BRAHMA FLOCK DAY! 🤎🐓

The Dark Brahma ladies are slowly getting to know their young roosters! 😂🐓

We’re taking our time with introductions because, well… these girls have opinions! 🤣 They’re learning who the young fellas are and hopefully realizing that they’re supposed to be friends, not dinner. 😂

Eventually, once everybody settles down and the girls quit acting like they own the whole barnyard, I’ll be able to add the young roosters into the coop with them. 🤞🐓

There’s just something absolutely gorgeous about Dark Brahmas—their intricate feather markings, lacing, feathered legs, and those beautiful dark patterns make them one of my favorites here at the farm. ❤️

For now, we’ll let them take it slow… because around here, the ladies run the coop! 👑🐔🤣

🌻🐔 Happy Thursday, Y’all! 🐔🌻

Hope everybody is having a fabulous Thursday! ❤️

Well, I’ve been stuck in the house doing that good ol’ PINK WORK today… 🧹🪣🤣

Mopping floors, sweeping dirt that apparently grows back 5 minutes later, and picking up after everybody like I’m running a daycare for grown folks! 😂😂

And let me tell y’all something… I WAS NOT BUILT FOR HOUSEWORK! 🤣

I’d much rather have chicken p**p on my boots, hay in my hair, and dirt under my fingernails! 🐔🐓🌾😂

So, I’ve about had all the mopping and sweeping I can stand for one day. I’m fixing to head outside where my heart belongs — THE BARN! ❤️🐔

Because around here, if you can’t find me in the house…
Check the barn. If I’m not there, check the chicken coop. If I’m still not there… I’m probably chasing something I said I wasn’t bringing home! 🤣🤣🤣
