It’s been a little while since we’ve introduced ourselves..
Hello! We are Justin & Kelcie & Johnson. We have been operating JK Honey Bee Farms since 2018.. Although we didn’t start out with all that many hives/honey we’ve definitely grown in the last few years! We’ve been to many markets and added our product at a few places.
Justin is our beekeeper. He takes care of the hives. He feeds them, does treatments on them, inspects them, and most importantly.. He removes the honey supers!
I, Kelcie, run things behind the scenes typically.. making labels, running our social medias, doing markets. I also run a local farmstand to make it easier for people to get our honey. If you haven’t checked it out, Johnsons’ Honey & Home Treats .
The kids help extract honey, make labels, and test the honey!
We are so thankful for as far as we’ve come with our honey. Our favorite thing to hear is “we love your honey!”
You can grab some throughout the week FARM to FLAME or the Farmstand (Open Friday-Sunday)!
Also, thank you so much to Kami for our updated family pictures! If you ever need someone she is amazing to work with!
