Maisy had her babies on March 8th! 2 girls and 1 boy, triplets again and they are all different, unlike last year. The one boy is chocolate and white he will make a beautiful buck his name is Roanin. The first girl is black and white Her name is daisy we will be raising her up on our farm along with Roanin. The other doe is tan with some white her name is Riley. They are all beautiful kids and I look forward to raising these goats up!

The time has come where breeding season is over, and all our does are bred. We bred Maisy(Lamancha), Dorcas(Alpine), Goatee(Nigerian dwarf), and Bailey(Oberhalsi/Boer) I am happy to be done and know all our girls are pregnant and I cannot wait for the kids in spring. Our buck benny(Nigerian Dwarf) bred Goatee and Bailey. Our other buck Elvis(Lamancha) bred Dorcas. Maisy was bred to a different LaMancha buck at Autumn-Acres in the stony lake area. I hope we have easy pregnancies, easy kiddings, and some doelings that come out of all this.

Maisy has returned!! My beautiful girl has returned from the breeders and is hopefully bred. She had a wonderful homecoming and is starting to somewhat get along with the new goats she hasn't met. It's funny how all the big goats are scared of the little Nigerian. I am so happy to have her home and to know that the breeding time is done. Now it's just a couple months of relaxation and then it's kidding time and we will have some beautiful babies running around.

We recently got 2 new goats. Goatee and her son Bo. Goatee is an unregistered Nigerian dwarf we usually deal in Registered Lamanchas. However, we have expanded the breeds we have here at Crazyland Acres. We got Dorcas a registered Alpine in August and now we have goatee and Bo. Bo is half Nigerian half Kiko he was an accident but that doesn't matter bo is also a wether but he was bonded with goatee so we also got him. Goatee is 3.5 years old and Bo was born this spring. Goatee is the lighter one on the left and Bo is the darker one on the right.
