In massive long-term studies, Harvard tracked nearly 190,000 people for decades. They found that folks enjoying real ice cream a couple times a week had a significantly lower risk of type 2 diabetes than those who never ate it. Researchers couldn’t fully explain it, but they highlighted natural goodness in real dairy cream.
