Introducing our NEW Caramel Apple Spice Cake! 🍰

Made with plenty of Michigan apples, delicious apple spice cake, and topped with a dreamy caramel cream cheese frosting that's worth getting excited about! 😋❤️

It's everything we love about fall, wrapped up in one delicious dessert.

🍞 You asked. You waited. And now... it’s BACK! 🙌

Our famous Seven-Grain Bread has returned to Country View Bakery, and we know some of you have been waiting for this one. ❤️

Made, shaped and baked right here in our bakery, it's the kind of bread that's pretty hard to resist when it's still warm and there's a little butter waiting nearby. 😋

And there's something new about this old favorite: it's now made with coconut oil instead of seed oils. 🥥

Same homemade goodness. A change we're pretty excited about.

So, to everyone who's been asking us when Seven-Grain Bread was coming back...

🍞 Zucchini's having a pretty good September. 😉🍂

Especially when it ends up in a loaf of homemade zucchini bread!

Daniel and Kathryn are baking up this Country View favorite with butter and applesauce — and no seed oils. ❤️

It's moist, delicious, made with care, and comes in two sizes... although we're not making any promises that the larger one will actually last longer. 😂

With the sunflowers blooming and September settling in, there's just something about a slice of zucchini bread that feels a little extra cozy.
Stop in, say hello, and take a loaf home. Just don't forget the coffee. ☕️

🍰 Well, this little hummingbird has some BIG news... 🐦🧈

Country View Bakery's homemade Hummingbird Cake is getting even better.

Daniel and Kathryn have made the switch to ALL BUTTER in their recipes — no seed oils. ❤️

And then there's this cake...

Fresh from the oven, covered in that dreamy frosting, finished with a little crunch on top, and available as both mini loaves and 8x8 cakes.

Basically, the hardest part isn't deciding whether you want Hummingbird Cake.

It's deciding which size counts as a serving. 😂

🚚 When the UPS guy says you have the BEST cinnamon rolls... you listen! 😂❤️

Meet Matt! He spends his days on the road, has tried his fair share of cinnamon rolls, and considers himself a bit of a cinnamon roll connoisseur.

His verdict?

“The best cinnamon rolls ever.” 🙌

And just to prove he means it... Matt wasn't leaving with one. He was picking up TWO trays! 😋

Daniel was happy to grab a quick picture with him before he hit the road again.
