Hey there, Welcome to my little farm kitchen! My name is Chrissy. Wife. Mother of 7. My days are full of gardening, homeschooling, baking from scratch meals for our tribe, milking the family cow Matilda and drinking lots of English breakfast tea and good home brewed coffee. About 10 years ago I started making bread for our family so that I could quit buying the store bought breads that were full of additives, preservatives and other chemically laden ingredients. What started as a health motivated hobby, has blossomed into a passion for the ancient art of bread baking.
As I mill the flour, mix, knead, and shape the dough, I know I am doing more than just feeding the hungry. Formed by my hands with love and care, full of high quality whole food ingredients, these breads both nourish and satisfy my family and friends. It is my hope that they will do the same for you.
