erated small farm, here in Southeast Texas! We also strive to offer a variety of poultry meats and delicacies that you can't find anywhere else. Don't shop the big chain stores, when you can shop local and know where your meat was raised and handled, with love an care. Hunters and Trainers are welcome as well! We will offer live, flight- conditioned quail for a hunting party or dog training. We offer limited quantities. Feel free to call and ask if your poultry products are in stock.

Trying out the chicken plucker. Quail are too small but setting it up as a sink really helps when processing birds.

Meat birds up to 80 chicks! Raising Chickens for meat isn't for the faint of heart! Constantly eating and growing and pooping! They are full grown in about 2-3 months and ready for processing at that time. Raising your own meat is on another level.

Once a male turkey gets too big he can't follow a grown female turkey into a coop. My automatic chicken door is too small but she fits right in with her torpedo shaped body. Jasper keeps a loyal lookout for her.
