Dew on my toes & berries in my bucket! I glanced at my watch as I walked from the field: 7:57 am or 3 before 8. And that is exactly what I had done—picked 3 buckets of blueberries before 8 am (one of the buckets from the same bush!) This is what we call “easy picking”, the days where the field is flush with ripe berries in clusters! Now is the time. To avoid the heavy heat, we are open for 2 picking sessions daily: 6:30 am -1 pm and 5pm - dark.

More 🫐🫐🫐 info:
We will start picking on Friday: 5:00pm- 8:00 pm.

After our Friday night opening, 5-23-25, our daily hours for the season will be:
◦ Morning picking: 6:30 am. - 1:00 pm.

◦ SIESTA: 1 pm - 5 pm 😴🌴🍹 (You are welcome to take a siesta, too, have a picnic, play around the farm or go for swimming nearby.)

◦ Early evening picking: 5:00 pm - 8:00pm. (Or until you don’t see the blue on a berry.)
Note: If these times don’t work for you because of your jobs or life, please let us know. We’ll work something out to accommodate your Berry picking needs. :-))

Btw The best time to pick blueberries is early in the mornings or later in the evenings when is not too hot ☀️

We open our field for the 2025 upick harvest Friday, May 23rd @ 5pm. Beginning Saturday, 5/24, we’ll be open every day from 6:30 am-1 pm and 5 pm-sunset. See you in the blueberry field!!
