(GEP), is a non-profit registered 501(c) 3 program for families and children experiencing challenges. GEP provides children with a safe place for emotional growth and self-discovery, and the opportunity to develop a sense of responsibility through interaction with and caring for horses.

A private horse farm in Lumberton, NJ is seeking a highly reliable, physically capable individual for a full-time position. This hands-on role focuses entirely on horse care and daily barn upkeep. No landscaping or general property maintenance is required.

Reliability is essential. This position requires someone who is dependable, punctual, and consistent.

Responsibilities:
• Feed, water, and turn horses in and out daily
• Clean stalls and maintain clean, safe barn areas
• Grooming, blanketing, and monitoring horse health
• Operate farm equipment (tractors, UTVs, etc.)

Qualifications:
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ Ibs repeatedly
• Experience with horses and farm work required
• Able to work independently and follow a routine without supervision
• Calm, observant, and safety-minded around animals
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

Details:
• Prior horse-handling experience
• Reliability and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Housing is available
• Salary commensurate with experience

This long-term position in a peaceful, professional setting is ideal for someone
who values hard work, is committed to animal welfare, and enjoys a structured
