Stinging Nettle. A mineral powerhouse of healing! I grow it in a 5x5' patch for a very good reason. It gets harvested every two to the weeks for a few months.

It's going to be introduced in our new allergy tonic. I can't wait.

Look at this echinacea! I'm in love! The first year, it was barely 18" tall. Now it's over 3' and it hasn't even bloomed yet! I'm super stoked to see what it produces for us!

I saw the coolest thing at my friend's log cabin the other night. This moth was reflecting the glow from the porch light about a foot above it.

An unplanned hike after a couple unruly heifers waited til our backs were turned. 😂 Something beautiful happens with every misfortune. Here are a couple views of what I found on that hike.

So many have forgotten how important American freedom is to so many. While we are constantly surrounded by negativity and division, we forget the millions who would not be here if it weren’t for the sacrifices of American soldiers. Countless lives were given so others could live free.

Someone died for that.

There is more to our country than politics and agendas. We stand for our country, our land, our communities, our beliefs, and our freedom.

Thank you to our soldiers, our men in blue, firemen, EMS, and countless others for your service and your greatest sacrifice.

Puppies! The heat was kicking everyone’s butt, so we brought them in from outside. This was the instant sigh-of-relief flop once they hit the air conditioning. 💛

They’re going to need a little more time inside while we battle this heat wave. I’m constantly reminded of my mistake, and I know it won’t happen again. I’m just grateful we’re fortunate enough to have the space to bring them in and keep them comfortable.

Mama’s pretty thankful for the AC too. 🐾
