We’ve got big big restocks coming at the end of this month/early next for beef, pork, and chicken!

All your favorites will be back very soon!

Slow cooking is on the forecast for this weekend…⛈️
The perfect weather to break out the crockpot or dutch oven! Some pictures of dishes friends, family or customers have sent me!😋

Lots of; chuck roasts, bottom round roasts, face rump roasts, eye round roasts, and short ribs in stock! And bones for bone broth!

-Pork butt (pulled pork)
-Ham steaks (cubed up in a soup or chowder)

Pushed the cows back to the shed paddock- time to sort some out this weekend and put them with Atlas!

Meat sauce with ground beef and ground pork simmering away for dinner tonight, while nachos head into the oven for lunch!

Nachos :
Ground beef with taco seasoning
Corn
Cheese
Chips (hidden somewhere in there)
Mexican rice with rotel
Sour cream and taco sauce on top when they come out!

Sometimes the thought of producing all of our own meat stops me in my tracks…
Our next batch of meat birds go for processing Wednesday so I brought out the crates tonight after work. It is seriously wild to think about, we don’t have to buy any meat at the grocery store(or anywhere else!). Quite the accomplishment we will never take for granted!🫶🏼
