It’s been almost a year since we posted, oops. New babes arrived this weekend for some summer loving in the big field. The bosses went straight to work giving them names like Daffodil, Sassafras and Laura, naturally.

Spring is the wildest ride of all. Haunting us with equal parts impossible to-do lists and unfurling beauty. Today we did the first farmers’ market scramble. Now we’re scrubbed, organized, and ready for the season! Very happy to see you sweeties at the Littleton Farmers' Market tomorrow 10-1pm. Come say hello!

The spring farm is singing a siren song calling us back. This is the time of year when all the ideas seem possible. ☀️ Prospect Farm was in the path of totality during the solar eclipse and it was an unreal experience shared with people we love. Perhaps anything is possible!

Super Secret Ice Cream will be sizzling up our bacon at Ice Cream for breakfast on March 2nd. Hope to see you there!

We’re less than TWO WEEKS away from our favorite day of the year! ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST DAY 🥞 🍁

We use mix to create mini pancake sundaes with local blueberry compote &/or maple syrup. We’ll be baking off loads of bacon from , a big delivery of filled bombolonis from and this year we’re creating two scoop flavors in honor of breakfast 🍳 favorites!

We’re excited to be using brioche for one of our breakfast flavors! This year it’s going to be STICKY BUN ICE CREAM 🤯

Fresh squeezed spritzers will also be on the menu along with a tasting 🍁

Wear your PJ’s and bring a food item to donate! We’ll have a big raffle and giveaways throughout the morning 🥳

*Honeynut and acorn squash from Deep Root Co-op
*Brussels Sprouts from Berry Creek Farm
*Lettuce Mix from Joe's Brook Farm
*Milk, ranch, and cheese curds from Sweet Rowen Farmstead
*Microgreens from Granite State Farm
*Egg nog and half and half from Strafford Organic Creamery
*Ground turkey, turkey sausage, and turkey breast from Stonewood Farm
*A variety of cheese from Grafton, Billings, Great Hill, Lazy Lady, and Boggy Meadows

We also have some extra turkeys from Prospect Farm and Stonewood Farm just in case someone forgot to order theirs.
