Axios Farms is changing hands this week! We are so thankful for all the guests who have used the property for family celebrations, retreats and other gatherings the past 3 years! We will be having an estate sale on Sunday November 30 from 9 am - 1 pm. Furniture, decor and accessories will be available for sale on a first come first serve basis.

✨ Full Circle at the Farmhouse ✨

In 1968, Dr. Edwin and Mary Ellen Gregory posed with their family on this very staircase—as they began 40 years of memories living on the property they called Derrymore.

Last weekend, nearly 60 years later, their granddaughter Megan walked down those same steps in her beautiful wedding dress, surrounded by the same warmth and history. She chose the family farmhouse to get ready for her big day—a beautiful full circle moment that brought joy to everyone who remembered.

From legacy to new beginnings, this home holds it all.

We wish Megan and Terence a lifetime of happiness and love! Thank you for making Axios Farms part of your big day!

When our farmhouse was built in 1910, the country was a different place—Teddy Roosevelt (pictured on the left) had just finished his presidency, and William Howard Taft (right) was in office, carrying on a period of reform and progressivism that stirred change across America. While there wasn’t a presidential election that year, the atmosphere was charged with excitement, as debates over tariffs, labor rights, and business regulation set the stage for future elections.

Imagine the conversations that might have taken place in this very house over 100 years ago! Today, we honor that legacy, preserving a space where new ideas, community connections, and lasting memories are made. Special pop-up tonight from 5-7pm. Patty will have buckets of flowers for building your own arrangement. $35 for 30 fresh cut stems! Feel free to bring your favorite vase or bring flowers home in a mason jar. Also, will be here to snap photos if you desire to be captured among the flowers! This is an outdoor only gathering and is a rare chance to get some beautiful flowers grown by .topbotanicals !!

Guests at Axios Farms love our flock of friendly hens! We currently have 12 hens of various breeds (the Rhode Island Reds may or may not be our favorites! 😉)!
