The Crenshaw County Farmers Market is now closed for the year. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful vendors for sharing their time, hard work, and products throughout the season, and to our community for supporting local agriculture and shopping local.

Your continued support helps make the market a success year after year, and we are grateful for everyone who participated.

We look forward to seeing you again when the market reopens on the first Monday in June 2027!

July is here, and Alabama gardens are growing strong!

During the summer months, garden maintenance is key. From watering and weeding to monitoring for insects and disease, a little attention now can help keep your garden productive through the heat.

Depending on where you live in Alabama, there are still vegetables you can plant from seed this month. It is also time to start thinking ahead to fall by starting certain crops in flats for transplanting later.
