I could write a BOOK about what it’s like being a small business owner and employer. 🫠
For the love of all things, please do not apply for a job, go through the interview process, continue communicating with me, and then ghost on the day you’re supposed to show up. 😩
Hiring and finding reliable help has honestly been one of the biggest hurdles of our business. And the reality is, we cannot continue to serve this community at our current capacity without help.
And when I hear, “No one is hiring”..respectfully, we are. There are so many small businesses looking for good people. Email the owner. Call the business. Show up. Be on time. Be reliable. Take pride in your work. Show up consistently.
We just want people who genuinely want to work and who take their commitment seriously.
