Big news, ladies and gentlemen: I am retiring from the cupcake business! I will be closing the doors of my bakery on December 21st, in order to be able to celebrate Chanukah and Christmas with friends and family.

I've had a lot of fun and met a lot of great people along the way. Your support has been a huge encouragement. Not everybody gets to build a business out of a hobby. This was just for a season, however, and that season is over. I need to focus on what God has planned for us next.

I might return to commercial baking one day in the future. I don't know yet! (But if you do ever hear about somebody called "The Cupcake Guy," it won't be me.) The good news? The good news is that a few of my most popular recipes will live on at The Muse Coffee and Roastery, prepared by their imminently new executive baker.
