Turkey eggs. (Non-fertile) 50¢ each. I have 7 available. Turkey eggs are all about the large, rich yolk. Great for baking AND eating. One turkey egg is approximately equal to 2 average chicken eggs.

Turkey egg. Soft boiled on bread ands butter. 🤤

It’s a shame the butter is in chunks, but the very hot egg will melt it quickly.

Husband ran an errand and while he waw out we had a goose jail break. We had geese in the road and that is not a safe place for them!

Doing a goose roundup is not without peril though! Fortunately they are now safely tucked back into their enclosure where they belong!

Today we scrambled - as tomorrow we party.. we paired up the geese and made temporary pens for the geese. Peter had visions of eggs and incubation…. Okay then.
