Farm Team Leader (Year-Round Full-Time)
Family owned and operated since 1981
Raspberry and blueberry farm and processing

Looking for an energetic team member to join our family farming operations. We are one of the leading raspberry producing farms in the Pacific Northwest. We grow premium berries, operate an IQF facility, have our own mechanic shop, and partner with numerous other berry producers in the area. Our sustainable growing practices and environmental sensitivity make us a great place to work and expand your career.

Goal: To hire a team leader that can grow with increasing responsibilities and a leadership role. We are a family run business with 10 year-round employees and another 100 during harvest season. We cultivate over 200 acres and produce over 1.5 million pounds of berries each year.

Desired Job skills and/or a willingness to learn:
Operate various tractors and pesticide sprayers
Obtain a pesticide applicators license
Basic knowledge of mechanical repairs and maintenance
Managing and training seasonal workers
Team player and enjoy working with young adults and introducing them to the work environment during harvest

Minimum job requirements:
Driver license
Farm experience
High school diploma or equivalent
English speaking and able to communicate in Spanish a plus

Schedule: During harvest season (late June to mid-August) the entire team is here and puts in long hours. There will be some evening/night spraying during the peak season. Weekend work as needed.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate (DOE)

Around here, our berry hauling trucks have a lot of character. If you know, you know. 🤣

However, Frank brought this new beauty home and WE NEED A NAME FOR IT! It's so new, we don't quite know what to do with it! 🤣 So, comment below with a new name for this guy!

To maybe help ya out, other trucks on the farm have received names such as: Sarge, Blueberry, DOT, BAT, Joe, Luke, and more!
