Nelson Family Farms is a 3rd (Doug) and 4th (Neal) generation father & son grain and livestock farm located in the Edwards River valley of Henry County, IL. We raise corn, soybeans and hogs as well as provide custom farming services such as planting, spraying, and harvesting. We are both active in our communities and are serving or have served on various boards including: BankORION, River Valley C

ooperative, Henry County Soil and Water Conservation District, Henry County Planning Commission, Village of Orion, Orion Education Foundation, Orion Little League, Henry County Pork Producers, Meat Goes to School, Augustana Lutheran Church, Orion School Board, Henry County Farm Bureau, and Woodhull Jaycees.

Asher finally got his grain cart time on a flat field (Marty got moved to the buddy seat 😂), the girls finally had time to ride, and the corn that held up through last week’s wedding is finally disappearing.
