A Call to Stewardship

On the 450th anniversary of the Spring, it feels right to start where Anthony did — as a boy growing up on the Abjerjona River, long before he ever knew he'd one day steward Pocahontas Spring. Even then, something in that flow was already calling him forward to serve. The years between have been a journey, and nothing about it has been easy, but Boston Clear has persevered in main part due to his efforts.

To everyone who comes to the Spring — you know exactly how much work it's taken to keep it open. Stewardship was never just about words or good intentions. It's about the real work: showing up, maintaining, protecting, and doing it again the next day.

So cheers to Anthony and everyone who continues to support the Spring — you're the reason this mission stays alive so we can continue nourishing our community with fresh H2O snd mineral elements for generations and generations to come.

🎉💧 Celebrating Together 💧🎉

This year we celebrated both the 250th anniversary of the United States -- and acknowledgin the history that comes with it -- and the 450th anniversary of the spring — two milestones, one shared story.

People from all walks of life came out to celebrate with us, and that's exactly what the spirit of America means to us at the spring: people woven together through the common thread of clean H2O for family and friends.

A special thank-you to Qchara (https://laqchara.com), who catered our event — we were so happy to have them, and the tacos were delicious! Their food epitomized the multicultural nature of our celebration and shows we all contribute a unique flavor to the American experience!

So come visit us at Boston Clear — fill up your bottle, 24/7, at a place where all are welcome.

We marked the 450th Anniversary of the Spring, the 250th Anniversary of the United States, and a Tribute to Larry Vazzana last weekend. We were also honored to welcome Nema, founder of GiveH2O — a living example of what it means to be a steward of water.

Nema built GiveH2O on a simple but revolutionary promise: buy one, give one. Every bottle purchased donates a bottle to someone in need — the first bottled water company in the world to make that commitment 100%. You can support the cause and get your bottle while giving a bottle here - 🔗 giveh2o.com

At a time when water is becoming the most precious resource on Earth, people like Nema remind us that how we relate to water reflects how we relate to life itself.

Thank you for attending our 450th anniversary at the spring, the 250th anniversary of the USA, and our tribute to Larry Vazzana!

As we reflect on yesterday's celebration in the light of today's summer solstice, we are grateful for all the light and love in our community. We also wish a big happy father's day to all the Dad's out there for all they do to keep their families flourishing.

We came together to honor what's worth honoring in 250 years since this country's founding — the audacious idea of freedom that inspired independence movements around the world, and the promise of America as a land of opportunity for all who arrive here. We hold that pride alongside the hard truths it doesn't erase: the oppression endured by many, and the displacement of Native peoples from this very land, from the very beginning.

That's why we also marked 450 years of this land's deeper story, honoring the original stewards — the Indigenous peoples whose relationship with this spring predates the nation itself, and whose wisdom we need to listen to now to preserve a future worth living in for generations to come.

We also honored Larry Vazana, who passed this year. Anthony shared deeply touching words about Larry's decades of devotion to this spring — a steward who never stopped showing up and carrying forth the mission of this sacred place.Thank you for continuing to be part of our mission here at Boston Clear and cheers to the light.

🏔️ Rise to New Heights with Boston Clear!

Boston Clear Ambassador Brian scaled Maryland Heights for a bird's-eye view of Harpers Ferry — and he didn't travel alone. Two bottles of Boston Clear made the journey with him: one for the way up, one for the way down.

This summer, excessive heat and humidity mean your body is working harder and losing more fluid than you realize. Boston Clear delivers the pure H₂O and essential mineral elements that keep you hydrated, focused, and ready for whatever challenge the season throws your way. Come find us — your next adventure is waiting.

🏛️ For the history buffs: Maryland Heights was the towering tactical centerpiece of the Civil War at Harpers Ferry. At 1,400 feet, whoever held this ridge commanded the town and valley below. Its rugged terrain shaped pivotal engagements that influenced major campaigns and helped protect the U.S. capital.

At this moment of division in our country, the lessons of the Civil War matter more than ever. Our answer is simple: focus on what unites us. Every person — regardless of background, belief, or politics — needs clean H₂O. So let's steward it together, protect it together, and let it be the common ground on which we heal the divide and build a better future for us all!

The last thing any of us wants to hear is a difficult medical diagnosis.

While Boston Clear makes no claims to treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or illness, we are always grateful when customers share their personal experiences with us about how they feel our mineral source has supported their health and well-being.

One customer recently told us about his mother, who has been drinking Boston Clear water for more than four years and has stayed healthy during that time after a serious illness. While neither he nor we can attribute her health outcomes to any single factor, he and his mother believe that making Boston Clear part of her daily routine has played a positive role in supporting her overall wellness and quality of life.

Stories like these remind us why we do what we do. We are honored to be part of our customers' everyday lives and look forward to welcoming their family back for generations to come. Cheers to clean H20, lifted spirits, and supporting overall well-being one glass at a time!

USA 250th & Spring 450th Anniversary Celebration with Tribute to Larry Vazzana

This year, the United States turns 250.And the spring turns 450.

We trace the waters of Pocahontas Spring back to at least 1626 — flowing long before the nation was named, stewarded by indigenous peoples who understood it not just as a resource but as a relative. We are gathering to hold both anniversaries at once and to pay tribute to Larry Vazzana — who served as steward of this spring for over four decades. In his memory, we carry forward what he lived: protect it, provide from it, celebrate it.

On Father’s Day weekend, on the eve of the summer solstice, we come together at the Historic Smith Family Farm to honor the best of what this land has always asked of us — To remember the indigenous peoples who first stewarded this ground, to honor the vision of those who built this nation and to stand together in the sovereignty of free people and their right to clean water and thriving land!

What:
A once-in-a-lifetime celebration featuring keynote speakers on stewardship, live music, games, and community — with complimentary tacos from La Qchara Restaurant

When: Saturday, June 20, 2026 · 11:11 AM – 2:22 PM

Where: The Historic Smith Family Farm · 163 Lowell Street, Lynnfield, MA

How: Invite Only — RSVP at luma.com/ts5glt8v
or email [email protected] with your taco preference: beef, chicken, or veggie!

The water has been here for at least 450 years more. Come join us to celebrate and so that we may recommit to support its flow for generations to come!

Happy International Day of Families from Boston Clear! 💧

There is nothing quite like seeing parents bring their children down to the spring, teaching them to fill their jugs and understand where clean H₂O comes from. This is how we pass on stewardship values from one generation to the next — on a healthy foundation, with intention and love.

Shoutout to Danny, a true Boston Clear regular who shows up and fills up with so much joy. That energy is contagious, and we love seeing it.

Family is our first teacher. Stewardship is what we leave behind. When we choose clean H₂O together, we are choosing health as a way of life and legacy as a daily practice. The rituals we build around what nourishes us become the inheritance our children carry forward.

Bring your whole family down to Boston Clear today and leave the legacy that will leave them healthy 🌿
