The gents from Bourbon Street stopped by for a tour of our warehouse and USDA cut shop. Some of the nicest guys you'll meet in the industry. We're all looking forward to their new project Chez Lafayette in Tacoma. It's going to be something special!

At Bourbon Street we strive to partner with local suppliers to bring our customers the freshest ingredients possible.

Last week, Mike, Jehan and Mikey visited a local meat processing plant in Everett and toured the plant while meting with the owners to talk about potential supplier opportunities.

We are pleased to announce that Bourbon Street will soon be offering local Washington state beef and American Wagu(Kobe) beef items on our menus soon.

Sales Update:
*We still have LOTS of corn beef remaining, but we're sold out on the smaller sizes. We'll have to do more of the smaller ones next year.
*We have a few Wagyu Flanks remaining and a couple of the dry-aged NYs that we just added to our site. We're sold out of wagyu teres and those beautiful fullblood wagyu T-bones.
*We hope to get more Wagyu Teres and Purebred MS-9 Wagyu Flank in Tuesday of next week, so if you missed out on the first run and still want some, make sure to sign up to the waiting list!
