Every boil means breaking down the whole rigā€”scrub, rinse, reassemble, repeat. Itā€™s a lot of work, but thatā€™s how we keep our syrup clean, pure, and packed with that deep maple flavor. As they say, ā€œYou donā€™t rush the trees, and you donā€™t skip the scrubbing.ā€
