Out of an abundance of caution, the plant will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 9, for all workers due to anticipated severe weather conditions and multiple school closures.

We will resume thaw on Tuesday evening and production on Wednesday, January 10.

We plan to shift Tuesday’s production to Friday.

For the last three years, we have joined together to shower 60 kids and families, receiving services at the Sunshine House Regional Advocacy Center, during the holiday season.

As we prepare to put up our 4th Giving Tree, the team's amazing philanthropy and kindness is being recognized; we received the Donor in Kind award from the Sunshine House.

The Sunshine House Regional Advocacy Center is a child-friendly facility that provides free services to children and families at risk or affected by child sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, children who have witnessed violence, those are in foster care as well as family services and parenting education in 25 counties in Georgia. They are focused on providing resources that aid in reducing trauma to the child and the family.
