Long Table Farmstead We are a cozy little farm in Lyons, CO practicing regenerative agriculture. We sell pasture-raised chicken, eggs, turkey, and pork.

We've been getting some sweet messages from customers asking about meat availability this year. Back in April, we sent an email to our newsletter list updating folks on the season, and I'm realizing I never shared it on social media, so I've attached that newsletter link.

Ryan and I decided last winter to take a season off of production, to reassess what makes sense, what doesn't, what might work better in the future. Burnout is so real in agriculture, and it was clear we needed a reset.

For now, we're focusing on our day-jobs to save up for some land in the future, and we're finding creative ways to still grow food, but we're not selling to the public in 2023. Thank you for all your kindness, generosity, and support you've shown us. We already miss not seeing customers, and hope you all are doing well. Hope to see you around town and enjoy a b**r on a weekend, which is something we can actually do now!

Our birds are raised humanely and spend their lives on pasture enjoying the sunshine, bugs, grass, clean water, and non-GMO, corn/soy-free feed. They make for flavorful, juicy centerpieces you can feel great about during your meal with friends and family.

What a whirlwind!
We decided to do less chickens this year than normal, only 375, and boy did those reserve up quickly.
Thank you so much to all of our customers. We're looking forward to an amazing season and it's really powerful to think about the network of lovely, devoted customers who really care about great, local food.
