For my upcoming 4/25 Pop-Up, I’m so excited to use Organic Vidalia 🧅Onions sourced from McLain Farms in Lyons, GA — known for their natural sweetness and incredible flavor.

I recently had the chance to visit the farm and meet the people behind it 🌱
