Sorry it has been a little bit since I have posted anything because I have been busy boxing stuff up & cleaning house to get ready to move.
Well, I got some down time this holiday weekend, and instead of just sitting on my butt, I wanted to make some beef jerky...FOR YOU!
I have 1 batch of Peppered and 2 batches of Spicy marinating right now. Will be ready tomorrow night. Who's hungry?

And because of y'all, I took today off of work so I could make you more!

Awesome job folks, I completely sold out again last night! I'm making 3 batches of Bacon jerky right now. I have 4 batches of beef jerky marinating (1 Original, 1 Peppered, and 2 Spicy). I will be fully stocked and out at Outlaw sports bar &grill tomorrow. So, stop by around 5:00 pm, grab a bag and a cold beer!

I am COMPLETELY sold out today folks. Sold my last 2 Spicy jerky and 7 Bacon jerky. I am beyond happy that you guys are loving it!
With that said, please take a look at these 2 pictures. As you can see, the price of beef has gone up $1/lb.
So, I am forced to raise my prices a little bit to compensate. (I was barely making any profit as it was). I hope y'all understand and will continue to support. If not, I completely understand.
For those of you that still want my delicious jerky, I am marinating 4 batches of beef right now. And starting 3 batches of Bacon jerky. I will be back out & about on Thursday. Thank you.
