When a wonderful morning rain 🌧️ brings a challenge of milking in the barn, whilst being chewed on by all your “friends”. They all look innocent but there are some suspicious characters in the barn. All who needed milking, were depleted of their milk and the pigs enjoyed a delicious treat for breakfast. 🥛

We have a pair of red headed woodpeckers that have been nesting nearby. We love seeing the pair of them fly by and share...

We have a pair of red headed woodpeckers that have been nesting nearby. We love seeing the pair of them fly by and share at our bird feeder. They are super cool birds to see on a daily basis and from what I’ve read they are not a common bird to see just in your backyard!

Out doing chores this evening, I went to put my first doe back in the barn and noticed an extra kid… I had to take a break from milking and play whose baby is it anyway! I found her mom and had no idea she was actually pregnant, obviously this sable got bred by my Nigerian buck so mini sable she is. She is gorgeous btw!
