Also selling tomorrow night: 20 recip cows from our ET program. These are cows that were all selected to receive embryos but ultimately got bred to our herd bulls. They are gentle and used to being handled. There will be 10 cows 4-6 years old (6 blk & 4 red) bred to purebred Simmental bulls turned out June 1 for 60 days, and 10 young black cows bred to purebred Simmental bull turned out August 15 go 60 days. Help yourselves to a set of females that are easy to work around and carry a powerful set of Simmental influenced calves sired by a member of our herd bull battery!

We started one year ago with nearly 100 open heifer calves sourced from a few of our top bull customers here in southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. From that we hand selected 40 to breed. They got one chance to settle with A.I. and spent one cycle with the cleanup bulls. Ultrasound in August to confirm pregnancy. Vaccinated mod-live prior to breeding, and received scourguard and cydectin pour on in December. Top quality commercial bred females selling Monday, January 12th at the Lanesboro Sales Commission.
