🔵NATIONAL AGRICULTURE DAY🔵

For farm families, life is often times different. Our cows are cute. Our life appears fun.

But truth is - hay season means pizza for dinner on the hood of the car. It also means countless hours of our kids playing under old oak trees while we cut, raise, and bale. Its circles and circles of fertilizing fields. Calving seasons call for mid-night alarms to check mama cows. It means celebrating the healthy unassisted births. It also means moarning the loss of others. It’s barn chores even after extracurricular activities.

It’s time consuming. It’s hard. It’s a commitment.
BUT it’s so rewarding, so worthwhile, and I wouldn’t want to raise my family any other way!
